So what are your top country music DVDs? Is it Brad Paisley? Alan Jackson? Carrie Underwood? Keith Urban? Kellie Pickler? Well, right now the hottest country music artist is Taylor Swift… And probably one of the reasons that Taylor became so popular is because of the big controversy at the awards ceremony in which rapper Kanye West interrupted Taylor during her acceptance speech!

Believe me, I never thought I’d be buying country music DVDs and CDs, as I’ve never really been fond of that genre. But Swift’s tunes are more of a pop/country mix and are actually very catchy. No wonder she has tens of thousands of so-called “crossover” fans!

And even though I may still consider myself to be a borderline country music fan there are still other songs and artist that I will listen to. For example my real preference is for country rock. Some of the greatest and well known country rock artist are groups like the Eagles, Neil Young, Creedence Clearwater, the Band and many more country rock artist to choose from.
